We are only as good as our last assignment or placement. We make it our business to understand our clients’ business, to look to the long term and never to compromise with a ‘quick fix’. The amount of business referrals and exclusive assignments we handle speaks volumes about the quality of service we provide.

We work almost entirely from personal recommendations. Almost none of the partners we assist are actively on the market and all are exclusive to us. They recognise that at this level it is about chemistry and culture – mere factual knowledge is not enough.
