Graham Gill
About us
Since 1988 Graham Gill has focused purely on recruitment in the legal marketplace. As a result our market intelligence and focus in this sector is unrivalled. The knowledge and experience of our specialist consultants combined with our absolute commitment to traditional values of confidentiality, honesty and integrity makes us stand out amongst the rest.

Clients increasingly use us as a ‘one-stop shop’ – whether Search or Recruitment, retained or contingent, they rely on us for a proactive service on all fronts. Increasingly, monthly update meetings and an annual retainer ensure they get the most out of our relationship.

We are only as good as our last assignment or placement. We make it our business to understand our clients’ business, to look to the long term and never to compromise with a ‘quick fix’. The amount of business referrals and exclusive assignments we handle speaks volumes about the quality of service we provide.

We work almost entirely from personal recommendations. Many of the partners we assist are not actively on the market and are exclusive to us. They recognise that at this level it is about chemistry and culture – mere factual knowledge is not enough.
